General Terms

• All clients must be 18 years or older to commission me.• The client agrees to a full-resolution digital download of the finished work sent to their email address or via sta.sh link, in exchange for their payment. The artwork will always be watermarked with my signature.• The client must be the individual associated with the payment method.• People belonging to hate groups will not be able to purchase a commission from me.• Harassment, threats, and rude behaviour will result in an immediate cancellation of the commission, an immediate ban from future commissions, lose of all image rights from previous commissions and lose of any possible refund.• I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, in which case a refund will be sent to the client.• I have the right to post the commissioned work anywhere at any time on my social media, unless the client requested it to be private. I also reserve the right to decide if I want to submit your commission to my main page or any other sites I own.• I have the right to recycle poses and WIPs that went unused due to being scrapped or cancelled, for personal or paid artwork.

Client Rights

• While the client retains all rights to the characters, I retain all rights to the image itself.
• The client is not permitted to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes or to make a profit off the commissioned artwork unless otherwise negotiated, as well as claiming to be the artist, or post it without credit.
• The client agrees to not crop out or otherwise attempt to remove the watermark/signature.
• As said before, the client may keep their commission private as long as it is discussed BEFOREHAND, after the commission started, it cannot be private anymore without a 15% fee of the total price.
• The client may ask to stay anonymous if they want so.
• The client may upload the commissioned artwork in their social media as long as proper credit is given to me.
• The client may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only, such as icon, banner, DND campaigns, wallpaper, ref sheets, etc.
• The client may NOT alter the commissioned artwork. Only minor changes such as adding text are allowed.
• The client CANNOT USE my work in any technology related to block-chain, NFTs, cryptocurrency or AI, in any of the current/future forms of it.
• Only the client can use the commissioned artwork.

Payment and Refunds

• Prices are in euros, and euros only.
• I take Paypal invoices only.
• Payment will be taken upfront.
• If I’m not able to finish your commission due to personal problems, full refund will be given.
• If the client cancels the commission before I start working on it, full refund will be given.
• If the client cancels the commission after the second sketch is seen/approved, this may result in the refund of 50% of the total price.
• After the lineart has been started, refunds will not be given.
• Chargebacks will result in the client losing all rights to the image, and a ban from all future commissions.

Commission Process

• I don’t take specific deadlines unless it’s a birthday gift or similar situations, in which case you have to let me know with at least one month in advance. I will not add deadlines to commissions that have already been ordered.
• I will send a low-resolution sketch of the commissioned artwork twice, the first one will be a very loose pose without the features of the character, so the client may decide if they like the initial idea/pose or prefer to change it. After the first sketch is approved, I will send a refined second one with the character’s features on it for a second approval. In both these stages, requested edits/changes are limitless, and will be made for free.
• After the approval of the sketches, I will work on the lineart and color. A third WIP of the flat colors will be sent to the client in case something is missing or needs to be changed color wise, in which case it will also be free and limitless.
• Additional changes to the finished lineart will cost 5€ each. Additional changes after the shading/render stage has been started will cost 5€ each.
• I’m totally fine with red lines made by the client!
• Typical turnaround time is anywhere between two weeks and one year from the time the client placed the order of the commission.

Conditions

• I need the client to provide a clear reference sheet of the character to be able to work on the commissioned artwork. Since I don’t take design commissions, I won’t be taking written descriptions as reference.
• Generic objects such as background props don’t require a clear reference as long as I have artistic freedom.
• The client has the right to request a "work in progress" at any stage in the process, as well as getting informed about the stage of the commission at any time.
• All the commissioned artwork will be drawn in my style, and the imitation of other styles will not be considered.

• Any kind of feral fantasy creature.
• Any kind of real-life animals.
• Any kind of dinosaur/prehistoric animal.
• Natural environments.
• Light gore/Mild blood.
• Anthros/Furries.
• Mild robotic features.
• Medieval/Fantasy armours.
• Fanart.

I will not draw

• Any type of NSFW/Sexual explicit content or fetishes (this includes trying to hide a fetish under the cover of a normal commission, in which case the client will be permabanned and loose the right to the commissioned artwork, as well as losing the right to get a refund)
• Hate art, offensive or political topics.
• Extreme gore.
• Extremely complex architecture.
• Complex machinery, mechas or any type of hardsurfaces.
• Designs (this includes characters, logos, etc.)
• Humans or humaoid creatures.

• Simple Cities.
• Simple Interiors.
• Simple Props.
• Concept Art.
